Bul. Allii Xie Bai 4.5-12g Moves Qi, warms and unblocks Yang, disperses Cold Phlegm and alleviates pain.
With Gua Lou, for chest Bi with profuse Phlegm.
Rx. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Dan Shen 3-15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, nourishes the Blood, calms the Spirit, clears Heat and soothes irritability.
Flos Carthami Hong Hua 3-12g Invigorates Blood, dispels Blood Stasis and alleviates pain.
With Chuan Xiong, for chest and abdominal pain due to Qi and Blood Stasis.
With Tao Ren, invigorates the Blood for all types of Blood Stagnation such as dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, swollen painful sores and chest and abdominal pain.
Sm. Persicae Tao Ren 4-15g Dispels Blood Stasis and invigorates Blood.
With Hong Hua and Chuan Xiong, invigorates Blood and dispels Stagnation, especially in the upper body.
Rz. Chuanxiong Chuan Xiong 1.5-9g Invigorates Blood, regulates Qi and alleviates pain.
Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 9-30g Nourishes Jing and Blood, fills the Marrow and nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin.
Rx. Polygoni Multiflori He Shou Wu 9-30g Tonifies the Liver and Kidneys, nourishes Blood and nourishes Jing.
With Sang Ji Sheng, tonifies Kidney Yin and Liver Blood to nourish the sinews and bones and treat dizziness, blurred vision and treats numbness of the extremities associated with Liver Blood Deficiency.
